Easy returns and exchanges

Q1. My item didn’t arrive?
A1. Please send us an email with your order number and we will investigate the lost item.

Q2. Which models of guide rails and circular saws is the product compatible with?
A2. Please read the description "BENEFITS". All the necessary information is given there.

Q3. I want a part for a tool that’s not listed?
A3. Please send us an email to shop@artwoodlincoln.co.uk
and we will be happy to do a custom order for you.

Q4. Is the adapter compatible with other brands of guide rails and circular saws?
A4. No, the adapter is only compatible with the specific rail and circular saw listed in the "BENEFITS" tab. Please verify your power tool model before purchasing. If you are not sure, please contact us. Email: shop@artwoodlincoln.co.uk

Q5. Does the guide rail need to be calibrated with the adapter?
A5. Yes, if the guide rail is brand new and has a new rubber splitter. After mounting the circular saw on to adapter, a first cut is required which will cut off a piece of the rubber splitter.

* We do not provide pick up or local collection service so far.

Items no longer required:

In the unlikely event that an item does not meet your expectations and/or you have mistakenly ordered the wrong product, we will only accept returns within 30 days after receipt.

All items must be unused and in their original packaging. Your return must also include all accessories supplied with the original product. Please ensure that the items are securley packaged to prevent damages in transit as this could result in the return not being accepted.

You must pay for postage and use a tracked postal service.

Incorrectly Supplied Items:

Unfortunately, we can make a mistake and send you the incorrect item. Should this happen, please send email shop@artwoodlincoln.co.uk

We will send you a returns label as soon as possible and get the replacements arranged.
